Some days it feels too hard to be strong. There is a heavy weight in many of our lives right now, particularly in Nova Scotia. I have definitely had my own times when I needed words like these. Words to gently say that it's ok if all you can do is rest. It's ok if today needs to be slow.

I wrote this song based on these lovely words by John O'Donohue:
